Gracefuljoint is a digital wellness provider based in Hamilton, New Zealand, offering structured digital detox programs designed to help individuals develop healthier relationships with technology. Our services are delivered primarily online through gracefuljoint.world and our secure program portal.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least sixteen years of age. By enrolling in a program or submitting a contact form, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Our Digital Detox Programs

Gracefuljoint currently offers three digital detox programs:

Our programs provide educational guidance on digital wellness and habit formation. They are not a substitute for professional mental health services, and we make no guarantees regarding specific personal outcomes.

4. Account Registration and Security

Upon enrollment, you will receive credentials to access our program portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at office@gracefuljoint.world if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Gracefuljoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in a digital detox program is confirmed upon successful payment processing. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include applicable goods and services tax unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the specified amount for your selected program.

6. Program Access and Delivery

Program materials are delivered digitally through our online portal. Access begins upon enrollment confirmation and continues for the duration specified in your selected program. Daily modules are released according to the program schedule. Participants in the Complete Screen-Free Reset program will be contacted separately to schedule coaching sessions. We strive to maintain portal availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on gracefuljoint.world and within our program portal, including text, graphics, logos, program modules, exercises, habit trackers, and software, is the intellectual property of Gracefuljoint or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access program materials for personal use during your enrollment period. This licence does not permit redistribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works.

9. Community Guidelines

Participants in the Mindful Disconnect and Complete Screen-Free Reset programs may access community discussion features. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully, protect the privacy of other participants, and refrain from sharing personal information of others without consent. Gracefuljoint moderates community content and reserves the right to remove posts or restrict access for violations of these guidelines.

10. Coaching Sessions

The Complete Screen-Free Reset program includes two one-on-one coaching sessions. Sessions are conducted via video call or phone at mutually agreed times. Participants must provide at least twenty-four hours notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without adequate notice may not be rescheduled. Coaching sessions are intended to provide personalised guidance on digital wellness and are not a form of therapy or counselling.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return Policy. In summary, we offer a seven-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. Program upgrades and credits are available as described on our programs page. Gracefuljoint reserves the right to cancel a program offering with reasonable notice and a full refund to affected participants.

12. Disclaimers

Our digital detox programs are educational wellness products. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Gracefuljoint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our programs will produce specific results or that our website will be error-free or continuously available. Individual experiences with digital detox programs vary based on personal circumstances, commitment, and existing habits.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gracefuljoint and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or programs. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory New Zealand consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
